My problem was with any site that was running Google Analytics. The sites wouldn&#039;t finish loading or took 5 to 10 minutes.

I could hook up an ethernet cable and it would work flawlessly. My Windows XP laptop would work fine wirelessly.

I finally broke down and bought an Apple Airport Extreme. Worked flawlessly with both Windows and Macs (we have both in our house - mostly Macs now).

It loads pages faster using WPA than I used to get using WEP with the Netgear or the Linksys.

It was incredibly frustrating while it was happening.

Still...I can put a pitch in for Linksys. I&#039;ve used that brand exclusively, and it has never sold me up the river. And I&#039;ve moved my router and cabling around between two different spots at least a half dozen times.

My system isn&#039;t WiFi because I keep things easily connectable in 3 rooms. And I have 3 computers I network together so I can share files. It&#039;s much faster with cables.

So...I&#039;m glad you&#039;re back online and hopefully &quot;in line&quot;.

What&#039;s the most vital tool you have in your arsenal?

For me it&#039;s my body.  When I read that comment about certain parts of your body going numb while sitting in that awkward position I couldn&#039;t help but think that the majority of people feel pain even when they sit normally.

Actually most people don&#039;t sit &quot;normally&quot;.  Especially those who sit in front of a computer all day.  

Their shoulders hunch forward and the get pain in their neck, shoulders and probably their hips because of their bad posture.

Years ago Tony Robbins turned me on to a man named Pete Egoscue.  He&#039;s an expert on the structural alignment of our bodies.

Tony sought him out to help him and his followers at the Mastery retreat.

When our bodies are racked with pain it&#039;s pretty hard to feel jazzed.  Especially if this pain keeps us from exercising.

Before I&#039;d heard about Pete, I had hurt my knee running.  I went to a sports doctor and he told me I had patelar tendonitis (probably spelled wrong).

This was the voodoo curse I needed so I could adopt a sweet excuse not to exercise.  &quot;I&#039;ve got patelar tendonitis.  Doc said so.&quot;

My lower self loved it but the part of who wanted to be great dreaded the idea of being weakened.

Shortly after my sentence to lazydom, I heard Tony talk about Pete and went and picked up his book &quot;Pain Free&quot;. 

In it Pete talks about how your muscles and bones work as a single unit and when something is out of alignment it spirals throughout your body and causes aches and pains.

The method is what he calls a menu of stretches and movements that re-awaken muscles that are being neglected which in turn re-align your body.

In the book he has a section on feet, knees, hips, back, shoulders, neck and hands.  In each section he talks about why pain would show up in these areas and then he has a menu of movements to follow to rid pain from them.

I went to the knee section and went through the movements every day for about 20 minutes and in less than 19 days my knee didn&#039;t hurt anymore.

This was several years ago and the pain has never come back.  I&#039;ve even gone through pretty long stretches where I didn&#039;t follow his maintainance routine and it still didn&#039;t come back.

When I started a vigorous fitness routine I started doing this maintenance routine before every workout to warm my body up for the sprints and explosive jumping exercises I&#039;d be doing.  

I haven&#039;t missed a workout yet due to any muscle or joint pain.  I love it.  

One of tests Tony gives people to do to feel for themselves how out of whack they are at his seminars is to have people stand up, shake their body out and then close their eyes.

Try it.

If you start feeling like you&#039;re gonna fall over, you need help.  Our eyes help keep us balanced.  But guess what?

If your body is in alignment you don&#039;t need your eyes to keep you from nose diving into furniture.  Your muscles work as a unit to keep you upright.

<p>Years ago Tony Robbins turned me on to a man named Pete Egoscue.  He&#8217;s an expert on the structural alignment of our bodies.</p>
<p>Tony sought him out to help him and his followers at the Mastery retreat.</p>
<p>When our bodies are racked with pain it&#8217;s pretty hard to feel jazzed.  Especially if this pain keeps us from exercising.</p>
<p>Before I&#8217;d heard about Pete, I had hurt my knee running.  I went to a sports doctor and he told me I had patelar tendonitis (probably spelled wrong).</p>
<p>This was the voodoo curse I needed so I could adopt a sweet excuse not to exercise.  &#8220;I&#8217;ve got patelar tendonitis.  Doc said so.&#8221;</p>
<p>My lower self loved it but the part of who wanted to be great dreaded the idea of being weakened.</p>
<p>Shortly after my sentence to lazydom, I heard Tony talk about Pete and went and picked up his book &#8220;Pain Free&#8221;. </p>
<p>In it Pete talks about how your muscles and bones work as a single unit and when something is out of alignment it spirals throughout your body and causes aches and pains.</p>
<p>The method is what he calls a menu of stretches and movements that re-awaken muscles that are being neglected which in turn re-align your body.</p>
<p>In the book he has a section on feet, knees, hips, back, shoulders, neck and hands.  In each section he talks about why pain would show up in these areas and then he has a menu of movements to follow to rid pain from them.</p>
<p>I went to the knee section and went through the movements every day for about 20 minutes and in less than 19 days my knee didn&#8217;t hurt anymore.</p>
<p>This was several years ago and the pain has never come back.  I&#8217;ve even gone through pretty long stretches where I didn&#8217;t follow his maintainance routine and it still didn&#8217;t come back.</p>
<p>When I started a vigorous fitness routine I started doing this maintenance routine before every workout to warm my body up for the sprints and explosive jumping exercises I&#8217;d be doing.  </p>
<p>I haven&#8217;t missed a workout yet due to any muscle or joint pain.  I love it.  </p>
<p>One of tests Tony gives people to do to feel for themselves how out of whack they are at his seminars is to have people stand up, shake their body out and then close their eyes.</p>
<p>Try it.</p>
<p>If you start feeling like you&#8217;re gonna fall over, you need help.  Our eyes help keep us balanced.  But guess what?</p>
<p>If your body is in alignment you don&#8217;t need your eyes to keep you from nose diving into furniture.  Your muscles work as a unit to keep you upright.</p>
