O yes, the blog is the right playground. Of course, that is very important to know what are the best ideas that attract other people. I am not marketer, but I am future psychologist and I think to make my blog to known how others think.

Great post!

I think another reason to use a blog is to let your prospects or clients know that you're current and "hip" to what's going on in the world of online marketing.

I just think that prospects feel more comfortable if you know of and understand blogging, as well as the Twitters and Wordpresses of the social media world.

So true, so true. Now only if I could find time to blog more...

To add to the list:

A blog adds credibility to you as a service professional.

Ryan,

Yeppers...having a blog (or blogs) is a fantastic tool.

I think Brian Clark of Copyblogger once said (or Jack Humphrey of FTR) :

...you don't make money off of your blog...you make money through your blog...

and nothing could be farther from the truth.

As for testing headlines, various pieces of copy etc...you've just revealed one of the copywriter's tools from the toolbox...great stuff.

Great list, Ryan!

Don't forget, that it helps build trust with your prospects. If you're writing about their needs already, it'll help them feel comfortable hiring you to copywrite for them. Or any other service you provide.

Have a great week!
