John Manley&#039;s report is a good read. I think it&#039;s very insightful given the fact that most membership sites average 3-4 months before a subscriber drops out. I&#039;ve seen this pattern in multiple markets, not just Internet marketing. So it&#039;s worth paying attention to.

Imagine if somebody could extend the average subscription from 4 months to 5 months. That&#039;s a 25% increase right there!</description>
