John Manley’s report is a good read. I think it’s very insightful given the fact that most membership sites average 3-4 months before a subscriber drops out. I’ve seen this pattern in multiple markets, not just Internet marketing. So it’s worth paying attention to.

Imagine if somebody could extend the average subscription from 4 months to 5 months. That’s a 25% increase right there!
