		<description>I like this idea of implementing the call-in hours.  It simplifies the process.

Honestly, I only answer the phone for current clients when I&#039;m writing sales copy, or other assignment.  I will continue with this policy until a current family situation is over with.  It won&#039;t allow me to have any sort of scheduled hours...and I can&#039;t have a personal assistant yet to help with this.

But once that family situation is over with, I think I&#039;ll adopt your policy.  Thanks for sharing!</description>
