Hi Ryan,

Belated Happy Birthday.

I once slipped two discs (A ‘herniated nucleus pulposis’ apparently — I remember being told that when I was laid on the Doctors couch in agony. Seems to have stuck in my mind for some reason ;-) ).

So as a back sufferer I feel obliged to buy your book to save yours!

(OK ok, other reasons *may* also be that it sounds like a great book, has an awesome title and great special offer price as well. ;-)
