I especially liked the part in the copy on the sales letter at your affiliate link where in closing you are asking:

&quot;Prefer to order by phone? Call 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx&quot;

That is an excellent closing tool...and I have tested adding that line to the close to add response as well.
