I didn't know he was going to do that. But a bunch of people went to the site. It's been a chain reaction since then. Another person links to it, then another, and another. So that's how these people are getting to the letter. The thing is, these folks have no connection with the circles you may run in. There are thousands upon thousands of "virtual communities" online and they often never overlap. Hopefully this explains how 480 people have already read the letter.
